This kit allows you to flip up the rear fenders on you ATC 70, so you can use the kickstart on the bigger motors without having to trim your fenders. Kit is bolt on and comes with all necessary mounting hardware and instructions. Only fits 78-85 models and comes in raw steel. (!!powder coat and 3 wheeler not included!!)
